Directory of Service Providers Offering Maintenance and Repair of High-End Testing Equipment in the East African Community (EAC)

About the CQI QP2 preparation course and the handbook

This Directory provides information on maintenance and repair services (MRSs) for high-end testing equipment available in the East African Community (EAC). It was compiled by the International Trade Centre (ITC) within the framework of the EU-funded MARKUP II project based on information submitted by the listed service providers.

The Directory—and the accompanying list of high-end equipment—is primarily intended for food testing laboratories. However, other laboratories may also find it useful, particularly for understanding the types of available MRSs and the providers’ status as official representatives of equipment manufacturers.

In this Directory, among others, the following information may be found:

  • Maintenance and repair service (MRS) providers by EAC Member
  • Equipment manufacturer(s) that each MRS provider officially represents
  • Type(s) of high-end equipment that each MRS provider covers in their services
  • Contact information of each MRS providers for further inquiry
