Training of Trainers (ToT) - Empowering BSOs for Green Business Support: Data and Tools in Action

Effective environmental data collection can drive better decision-making, reduce costs, and unlock growth opportunities for the businesses you support, making it a valuable skill for BSOs aiming to enhance the impact of their services. This Training of Trainers (ToT) equips business support organizations (BSOs) and sustainability practitioners with the skills to use the Green Performance Toolkit (https://greenperformance.intracen.org/home), a free online tool that helps businesses improve environmental performance and competitiveness.

Participants will:

Learn to collect and analyze environmental data to track performance and set improvement targets.
Gain hands-on experience with the Green Performance Toolkit through guided exercises and case studies.
Explore ways to deploy the tool within projects and programs to support small businesses, especially in apparel/textiles and agro-processing sectors.
Connect with peers and share insights on promoting sustainable business practices.
