Building on ITC’s global experience, including successful Peer Learning Initiatives across several countries, this PLI is designed as a structured platform for comparative learning, technical exchange, and joint problem-solving. It aims to move beyond knowledge sharing toward practical alignment and the co-creation of actionable national and regional solutions to advance cross-border paperless trade.
