SMEs in Burundi receive moisture meters

Burundi is renowned worldwide for the quality of its coffee. However, at times lack of efficient control practices for humidity levels can lead to surprises for the clients. In fact, moisture and humidity levels pose a serious threat to the final quality of the product. Post-harvest and quality management activities are thus key to reduce the risk of product rejections based on poor quality.
